Production Cook - Full-Time (Cafeteria Cook, Prep Cook, Kitchen Services, Culinary Services)

Plans cooking schedule in conjunction with Production manager to ensure food will be ready at specific times. Confers with Production Manager regarding modified diet preparation & use of leftovers. Washing, trimming, cooking & seasoning of food items for each meal.

Measures and mixes ingredients according to recipes using a variety of kitchen utensils and equipment such as blenders, mixers, grinders, slicers & food processors to make entrées, sauces, casserole, soups, breads & desserts. Bakes, roasts & broils meats and other foods. Observes & tastes food being cooked to assure the product meets standards and reflects recipe adherence.

Procures food products from refrigerators, freezers and dry storage areas. We are seeking candidates for current and/or future opportunities on all shifts.
