✓Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance, science or engineering Required and
Qualifications
✓4-6 years years in data analytics, decision support or process improvement required, preferably in a healthcare environment.
✓Exceptional ability to gather, understand and utilize data to inform decisions and make recommendations.
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to compile, categorize, calculate, audit, and/or verify data.
✓Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage several projects simultaneously while remaining flexible with changing priorities.
✓Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals.
✓Excellent communication skills and ability to summarize detailed information in an organized, concise manner.
✓Strong ability and comfort in presenting data, recommendations, and proposals to a wide variety of audiences and levels of leadership (both written and verbally).
✓Proficiency with Microsoft Office specifically Excel.
✓Knowledge of relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server)
Familiarity with Epic Software is preferred
