Qualifications
✓Minimum of 7 years Required: Progressively responsible experience in planned giving and complex gifts ideally in a mission driven healthcare environment and
✓Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain good working relationships with diverse groups, including caregivers, physicians, donors, boards, volunteers and administrators. (Required)
✓Ability to work in a matrixed complex business environment while maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders and collaborators across the organization. (Required)
