✓Institutes new/revised policies to be comply with regulations, thus, maintaining residency program accreditation and the graduate’s ability to take the board certification exams.
Education
✓Bachelor’s degree in Education, Liberal Arts, or related field AND Five (5) years of experience in a similar setting OR High School diploma or equivalent AND Nine (9) years of related experience.
Qualifications
✓Interpersonal skills needed to deal effectively with a wide range of personnel, from medical students to chairmen and chiefs of surgery at the affiliated teaching hospitals.
✓Ability to handle and maintain highly confidential material.
✓Strong computer skills including knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, graphic as well as word processing applications.
