Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Qualifications
✓3+ years' experience coordinating and administering program activities in an academic medical center, hospital, healthcare department, or clinical operations setting
✓Excellent written and oral communication skills
✓Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✓Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
✓Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
✓Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
✓Tracking outstanding items, escalate issues appropriately, and ensure timely completion
✓Adaptability and willingness to navigate changing priorities
✓Strong follow-through and accountability
✓Working independently, with guidance, while collaborating effectively across teams
✓Supporting process improvement and maintain documentation standards
an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may substitute for the degree when the experiences are closely related to the duties of the job. preferred
