You’ll need
Education
✓Bachelor’s degree in health education, nursing, public health, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Qualifications
✓Two years of experience coordinating programs, projects, or educational resources in a healthcare or related setting.
✓Demonstrated ability to organize multiple projects, manage deadlines, and work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
✓Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to help translate complex information into clear, patient-friendly language.
✓Working knowledge of health literacy principles and accessible communication.
✓Proficiency with common office applications and the ability to learn systems used to manage educational content and program data.
✓Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills essential.
✓Must be a highly organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under numerous academic and administrative deadlines.
✓Strong ability to prioritize is essential as is the ability to adjust to changing demands and work under pressure.
✓Some financial budgeting and management experience required with accuracy and meticulous attention to detail essential.
✓Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with a team or independently with little supervision.
✓Strong computing skills required with extensive experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to maintain data accurately. Excellent keyboarding and proofreading skills required.
✓Must be adept with using audio-visual equipment including audience response systems or able to show acuity with similar learning systems.
