✓BA degree and 3 years of experience OR a combination of education and applicable experience to equal 7 years.
Qualifications
✓Excellent communication skills, in person, by telephone and in writing.
✓Ability to establish working relationships with internal and external customers, and team members.
✓Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, the Internet and the ability to learn job-specific software.
✓Possess strong organizational skills.
✓Must be diplomatic, tactful and fair.
✓Maintain strict confidentiality.
✓Able to determine priorities, plan accordingly and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
