✓Ability to build relationships and effectively work with resident governing boards, staff, and community stakeholders.
✓Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business technology.
✓Reporting Structure
✓This position reports directly to the Executive Director/Vice President as well as being responsible to the Beechwood Coop Board of Directors, which is primarily comprised of resident members.
Experience working with older adults, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, property management, or related service environments preferred.
The successful candidate will be a compassionate and collaborative leader who enjoys working with seniors, values resident independence, and possesses the business acumen, leadership skills, and customer service mindset necessary to oversee a thriving cooperative senior living community. preferred
