✓Excellent interpersonal and demonstrated leadership skills
✓Must be able to interact effectively throughout all levels of the organization including facilitation.
✓Working knowledge of IT systems used in the clinical setting, healthcare knowledge based on experience in a hospital, good analytics, and conceptual skills
✓Requires a high degree of computer competency, including familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs.
