Education
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, interior design, engineering, construction management or a similarly pertinent field of study. preferred
Qualifications
✓5 years in Management or leadership role
✓10 years' experience with Project management or equivalent role
✓5 years in Healthcare industry engagement as an employee, consultant, or similar
✓Expertise in coordinating construction projects and major medical equipment installations
✓Expertise in the competitive procurement of services, equipment, fixtures, furniture, and/or equipment for construction projects
✓Proficiency managing large, complex projects
✓Very good organizational and planning skills
✓Proficiency with industry standard project management softwares and systems
✓Very good verbal and written communication skills
✓Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills, especially relative to matters of design, construction, logistics, engineering, etc.
✓Excellent financial management skills, including project budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, etc.
✓Excellent customer service skills
✓Dependability and professionalism
