✓Home Base seeks to hire a Clinical Education and Training Program Manager who will be responsible for administrative oversight and implementation of the full range of educational programming and deliverables for clinical staff within the agency and for the community-facing Training Institute at Home
✓Under the supervision of the Director of Education and in collaboration with Home Base staff, the Clinical Education and Training Program Manager will provide oversight and coordination of Home Base staff training, educational activities for the community (including coordination of live trainings)
✓The Clinical Education and Training Program Manager will also be responsible for identifying funding opportunities to support the Training Institute and to oversee education grant applications from proposal to the implementation phase.
Qualifications
✓Program Management Experience 2-3 years required
✓Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and delegate tasks, manage timelines, and drive results.
✓Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with medical professionals, faculty, and staff at all levels.

✓preparing community stakeholders to be stewards of veteran and military connected family mental health through education
✓and developing and supporting partnerships with key stakeholders and mental health agencies.
