Responsibilities This position is responsible for proactively leading the implementation and ensuring quality of virtual health services at Piedmont Healthcare. This role manages the overall planning, coordination, and implementation of current and future technologies that enable virtual care in clinical areas: video conferencing visits, telecommunication visits, asynchronous visits, remote patient monitoring, and other care platforms where patients and clinicians are located in different settings.
The Program Manager is responsible for creating project budgets, project plans, presentations, identifying key deliverables and resource requirements, developing implementation plans, launching, and will monitor performance metrics. They are responsible for monitoring the quality and financial success of implemented programs. They actively manage efforts with teams from other departments both within Piedmont Healthcare as well as with referring physicians and community partners.
Qualifications Education Bachelor’s Degree Required Work Experience 5 years of progressively responsible and relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree Required or 3 years of progressively responsible and relevant experience required with a Master’s degree Required Strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical workflows Preferred Previous experience leading a cross functional, enterprise-wide complex project in a healthcare setting Preferred Business Unit : Company Name Piedmont Healthcare Corporate
