Advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, Clinical Research, or related field. preferred
Qualifications
✓Two or more years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare operations, clinical research operations, program administration, business operations, or related field.
✓Demonstrated experience with program administration, workflow analysis, operational reporting, or process improvement.
✓Experience developing and analyzing operational metrics and performance indicators.
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
✓Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
✓Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

About the role

Reporting to the Health Services Manager (Manager), the Program Operations Specialist (Specialist) serves as the operational lead responsible for the administration and operation of the mobile Translational Research Unit (mTRU) program.
