Qualifications
✓Demonstrate technical skills in project management with the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
✓Process-oriented with strong analytical skills for risk identification and management.
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can confidently communicate with all levels of staff in this collaborative work environment.
✓Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced GMP environment with minimal direction and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities.
✓Proficient in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and warehouse management software.
✓Assist with operations process and improvement projects.
✓Ability to accurately follow procedures with minimum direction.
✓Ability to work effectively in team situations, cross-functionally as well as independently.
✓Excellent oral, written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
✓Strong documentation skills and attention to detail necessary in a GMP environment.
✓Required knowledge of computer word processing, data management, and spreadsheet software.
✓Ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality Ability to work designated schedule.
✓Strong skills in analyzing, researching and synthesizing large amounts of data for preparing sound and relevant proposals / analyses.
✓Ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.
✓Analytical / problem-solving skills.
✓At least one year of relevant project management and/or finance in an academic, pharmaceutical or biotech company.
✓As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts a conditional offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct
✓received notice of any allegations or are currently the subject of any administrative or disciplinary proceedings involving misconduct
