Project Coordinator

Healthcare Administration
✓Requirements
Education
✓Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Qualifications
✓1 to 2 years of professional experience in design, construction, or FF&E
✓Working knowledge of healthcare construction regulations including HCAI (OSHPD), California Building Code, Title 22, and ADA/accessibility standards
✓Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines
✓Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, administrative, and vendor stakeholders
Experience managing projects within a healthcare or academic medical center environment preferred
Familiarity with UCLA standards, UCOP Capital Programs processes, and Job Order Contracting preferred
Experience with FF&E procurement and move coordination in a large institutional setting preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit, and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and Bluebeam preferred
