Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) through ASHE preferred or able to attain within 18 months of employment
Qualifications
✓Ability to manage construction projects in order to meet schedule and budget constraints
✓Knowledge of architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
✓Knowledge of regulatory codes in healthcare setting: TJC, FGI, NFPA, NEC, etc
✓Experience generating construction budgets and cost estimates, organizing and negotiating bid packages for general trades, mechanical, and electrical work
✓Skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and construction scheduling software
✓Ability to provide a high level of customer service.
✓Proficient oral and written communication skills
✓Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
✓Ability to think strategically and efficiently.
✓High level of maturity to manage confidential information in a healthcare setting.
