Green Building Certification (LEED) preferred
Education
✓Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, finance or related field
✓Acceptable substitutions in lieu of a degree 1 1/2 years’ experience = 1 year college
Master's Degree preferred
Qualifications
✓3 years of experience in Project management experience managing large (>$1mm), complex construction projects (multi-phased and multiple trades) with a primary focus on interior lease-hold improvements and new ground-up construction
✓3 years of experience in corporate or commercial real estate
✓3 years of Demonstrated experience establishing and managing project management process in a large, multi-site corporate environment. Design, engineering and/or construction background combined with project management experience
✓3 years of experience in Clear understanding of cost estimation and cost savings/avoidance solutions
✓Understanding of legal and financial aspects of the project management and financial planning process.
✓Very strong written and oral communications skills (both analytical and report writing) are necessary. A comprehensive understanding of project management techniques and methodologies and best practices. Strong computer literacy skills both analytical and reporting
✓Experience with Microsoft programs, AutoCAD and IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management Systems).
✓Experience with Risk Mitigation Planning.
✓Valid PA State Driver's License
