Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. preferred
Qualifications
✓5 years Management or Supervisory experience, including project management.
✓3 years Experience within a healthcare facility or related environment.
✓Ability to demonstrate clear and concise communication.
✓Knowledge of planning and coordinating multiple functions and disciplines with reference to hospital construction projects.
✓Demonstrated ability to write clearly such materials as reports and project supporting documentation, read and interpret complex written documentation such as manuals, blueprints, drawings.
✓Demonstrates ability to utilize effective, appropriate and diplomatic oral and written communication skills.
✓The education and/or experience background must also have demonstrated ability to write clearly such materials as reports and project supporting documentation, read and interpret complex written documentation such as manuals, blueprints, drawings.
Experience with California (OSHPD) healthcare construction. preferred

Serves as project manager responsible for managing and coordinating multiple and/or complex OSHPD and non OSHPD projects.
