✓Requirements
Certifications
✓Must possess project management certification from PMI or other accrediting agency or must obtain certification within 2 years.
Education
✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required or equivalent experience.
Qualifications
✓Two (2) years of professional experience in communications, project management, etc., required. Healthcare setting preferred.
✓Highly effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively relate with all levels of hospital staff and stakeholders.
✓Proficiency in standard computer applications including MS Office suite applications.
✓Understanding and familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data, and is able to present information to a variety of audiences.
✓Ability to understand, analyze, synthesize and manage highly complex information.
✓Critical thinking skills.
✓Demonstrated skills in project management, communications, budget management.
✓Ability to work collegially within complex systems, take initiative to appropriately identify resources, and maintain a mature and professional working environment.
✓Ability to work effectively and improvise when approached with immediate deadlines and unprompted changes to project plan.
✓Ability to effectively manage activity timelines and comprehend overall project goals.
✓Ability to identify pertinent details and ensure project goals and needs are communicated appropriately.
