Leads independent initiatives by developing project plans, defining objectives, and establishing metrics to measure outcomes and success. Assists in identifying and evaluating improvements and makes recommendations to direct leader for identified opportunities. Conducts assessments of current processes to determine opportunities for standardization and greater efficiency.
Conducts projects with a high level of team involvement and conducts structured, effective meetings to set priorities. Develops and implements business plans using AdventHealth design drivers. Tracks and follows up on deliverables.
Interacts with all levels of the organization and across departmental lines. Promotes the philosophy, mission, and vision to team members, patients, and external contacts. Escalates issues to leadership as required.
