Key Responsibilities
Lead medium to large-scale projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with organizational priorities.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, workstreams, trackers, timelines, and action logs to ensure progress remains visible and measurable.
Coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams, facilitating collaboration and driving projects forward through effective follow-up and execution.
Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders and leadership by providing regular project updates, highlighting accomplishments, identifying risks, and escalating issues when needed.
Monitor project performance, dependencies, and milestones, proactively addressing barriers and helping teams maintain momentum.
Organize and facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensure timely completion of next steps.
Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, reporting, and communication practices.
Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to support successful outcomes. What Will Make You Successful

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software.
