JOB SPECIFICSOSF Medical Group is seeking additional board-certified Family Medicine physicians to join our team and provide urgent care services in our beautiful state-of-the art facility. A family physician with quality medical training who is BC/BE is required. Rock Cut PromptCare location is open daily 8-8, including weekends and holidays.

Visit org/rockford to download our full community guide. QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSPhysician Licensed to practice medicine in current state. Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.

Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges. Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.

Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
