To oversee the physical movement and storage of university surplus property and submission of property disposal documentation. Education & Experience High School Diploma/GED. Certifications, Licenses or Registration Required : Valid driver's license required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge of property disposal procedures. Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications. Basic verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal skills. Time management skills. Ability to maintain records.
Responsibilities Completes scheduled movements of university surplus property. Ensures the accurate completion of paperwork for the transfer or disposal of property. Assists with physical inventory.
Retrieves and prints data pertaining to property movement and disposal; maintains applicable records. Complies with workplace safety and environmental and/or infection control standards.
