✓Must possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
✓Must be able to work tactfully and cooperatively with a variety of internal and external customers.

About the role

The Provider Liaison functions as a support person in the coordination and organization of administrative processes for assigned providers. The primary focus of this role includes assisting with documentation, orders, and scheduling at the direction of a physician or non-physician practitioner (NPP) as well as serving as the primary contact for the nursing homes for all assigned providers.
