Day Shift l Full-time How you’ll make an impact in this role Drive surgical referral growth by evaluating market opportunities and executing targeted outreach plans across an assigned territory. Cultivate high-value provider networks as the primary clinical liaison, building long-term relationships to position Ascension as the top referral choice. Educate referring medical communities on surgical outcomes, care pathways and referral criteria to ensure timely routing for high-risk patients.
Collaborate with hospital leadership to align strategic outreach with program goals and deliver high-touch service to referring practices. Leverage market intelligence and referral trends to continually refine outreach tactics and expand subspecialty market share. What minimum requirements you’ll need
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. Healthcare Business Development Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of proven success driving growth in physician relations, medical sales, or a related healthcare field (Preferred).
Strategic Territory Management: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a complex geographic territory, including conducting frequent in-person outreach to build and sustain long-term provider trust.
