You’ll need
Education
✓High school graduate or GED required.
Qualifications
✓Six months of customer service, general office, healthcare related, or vocational training experience required. Medical terminology preferred.
✓Proficient use of computerized scheduling and Windows applications, multiple-line telephone, copier, scanner and fax.
✓Accurately file numerically and alphabetically.
✓Essential Interpersonal Skills: Good oral and written communication.
✓Essential Mental Abilities: Processes information appropriately
✓capable of making good decisions and comprehends verbal and written instructions.
✓Essential Sensory Abilities: Requires adequate visual, hearing and tactile acuity to proficiently perform essential duties and adequate smell and touch to identify potential hazards.
✓Requires and must maintain valid California driver's license, auto liability insurance and a good driving record.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
