You’ll need
Licensure
✓LCSW-C licensure required.
Education
✓MSW or Master’s from an accredited program
Qualifications
✓Strong clinical judgment, communication, and care coordination skills.
✓Knowledge of age-specific needs (infant to geriatric) and community resources.
✓Ability to negotiate with payers and function independently within an interdisciplinary team.
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience; ED or acute psychiatric experience preferred.

About the role
Join a collaborative, patient-centered hospital team delivering timely, safe, and cost-effective psychiatric care. We’re seeking a licensed Psychiatric LCSW-C to assess, coordinate, and advocate for patients from admission through discharge, working closely with families, interdisciplinary teams, ED staff, and community partners.
What you’ll do
Conduct psychosocial assessments andConduct psychosocial assessments and develop/implement individualized care plans
Provide crisis intervention, EDProvide crisis intervention, ED psychiatric evaluations, and consults for medical teams
