✓Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility for licensure).
Education
✓Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Qualifications
✓Strong understanding of psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery-oriented care within a mental health setting.
✓Strong interest in working with adult survivors of severe trauma and an ability to work sensitively with individuals experiencing post-traumatic and dissociative symptoms.
✓Capacity to modify interventions to meet the needs of this specific population and to adapt interventions to align with the global treatment approach of the residential program.

✓Ability to translate clinical concepts into practical, functional skill-building interventions.
✓Strong organizational, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
