The renowned Butler Hospital is seeking a full-time or part-time Psychiatrist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team of physicians, psychologists, nurse practitioners, and other behavioral health professionals. The Psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients presenting to our Inpatient Access Center (Emergency Room). Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse patient population.
Flexible scheduling: Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday second-shift coverage. Shift flexibility: 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts available. Work within a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team that includes attending psychiatrists, psychiatry residents, social workers, pharmacists, and nurses.

Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Completed or currently enrolled in an ACGME accredited residency program. Board Certified or Board Eligible in the applicable specialty.
Active Rhode Island MD/DO, CSR, and DEA license or eligible.
