✓I deal candidate is certified in DBT or has 5+ years of experience working in a comprehensive DBT program.' Licenses and Certifications Required: 1.
Preference for a CAP certified in DBT or has 5+ years of experience working in a comprehensive DBT program preferred
Education
✓Doctoral degree from APA-accredited program in Clinical Psychology (PhD or PsyD). 2.
✓Postdoctoral training and/or experience in Clinical Psychology. 2.
Qualifications
✓Completion of APA-approved internship in Adult Clinical and/or Pediatric Psychology. 3.
✓Proficient in evidence-based treatments (i.e. CBT, ACT, DBT, etc.). 4.
✓Minimum 5 years related clinical experience serving patients across the mental health and work-related spectrum. 5.
✓Experience providing clinical training and supervision, and a commitment to training the next generation of psychologists. 6.
✓Sensitivity to multiculturalism and diversity. 7.
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 8.
✓Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Google Suite platforms.

About the role
Child and Adolescent Psychologist functions as a Clinical Psychologist under the supervision of the Director of Psychology at the Debra Simon Center, in accordance with the Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct of the American Psychological Association, guidelines from the New Jersey Board of Psychological Examiners, and standards set forth by the Joint Commission.
