The Patient Registration / Medical Records Specialist team is responsible for assisting the patient through the registration process while introducing the patient to the facility in a manner designed to reduce patient anxiety and works with other departments, and serves as a liaison for patients, family of patients, hospital management, and staff to ensure patient satisfaction, experience, and quality of services are maintained and improved upon when possible.

The Specialist is also responsible for assisting with the processing of health information to include, but not limited to, the assembly of analysis, release of information and processing of medical records. Required

Scheduling: Our PRN positions require: 4 weeks of full-time training. Week 1 and 2 – Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 4:30pm. Week 3 and 4 – Three twelve hour shifts.

After the first 4 weeks of training, you will be scheduled to work 2 - 3 twelve-hour shifts per week. The hourly rate of pay for this role is $18.25/hr with shift differential on weekends and after 3pm. APPLY TODAY!
