✓Must successfully complete post-hire training including CPR, Narcan, Stop the Bleed, and de-escalation training
Education
✓High School Diploma or GED
Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field preferred
Qualifications
✓Minimum of 5 years of experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related public safety environment
✓Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
✓Valid driver’s license with no more than 5 current points and a valid safety score verified through SAMBA
✓Must be at least 21 years old
Healthcare security experience preferred
Specialized training in emergency response, crisis intervention, or security management preferred
Experience with surveillance systems, access control systems, and incident reporting software preferred
