$22.98 - $32.73 Hourly The Pyxis Coordinator-Warehouse will be responsible for all shipping/receiving, and related paper work, general maintenance of the warehouse, including cleaning, doing cycle counts, organizing medical supplies, filling & delivering orders to various departments, and working closely with the Purchasing Agents to maintain accurate records of medical supply distribution & quantities. In addition, they will oversee the operation and training on all Pyxis supply stations throughout the facility.
What You’ll Do: Handle shipping & receiving duties, related paperwork, deliveries, and other closely related tasks as directed Stock warehouse shelves, and notify Purchasing Agents of low quantities Clean & organize warehouse to maintain efficient use of limited space, and adhere to medical supply storage regulations Pull from shelves, and deliver medical supply requisitions to the various Hospital departments in a timely fashion, with ability to prioritize based on medical necessity Maintains database on Console for all supplies stations.
This includes pricing updates on an annual basis. Trains new personnel throughout the hospital on the use of Pyxis. Problem solves all issues that arise and shares findings with team.
Stays in contact with the Pyxis Corporation in order to keep up on new products and procedures. Adds and deletes users. Who You Are: Organized Excellent communicator Team player What You’ll Need: California Driver’s License required.
High school diploma required. 1-2 years stocking or warehouse experience preferred. Job Information: Full-time, day shifts. Starting wage $22.98 to $27.86 based on qualifications.
