D and three (3) years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting or BA/BS with one (1) year experience in mental health setting Must be eligible to be credentialed as a QMHA in the state of Oregon and obtain QMHA-R (registration) within 30 days of hire and must obtain QMHA certification within 12 months of hire date Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
