Licensure
✓Licensure as a State of West Virginia Paramedic, and certification as a Nationally Registered Paramedic.
✓Licensure as a State of West Virginia Paramedic, and certification as a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician AEMT or Paramedic.
Certifications
✓Certification and experience as an EMS Instructor.
✓Patient Safety or Healthcare Quality Certification (or obtained in 2 years)
Education
✓Bachelor’s Degree, from an accredited college or university in business, statistics, quality, healthcare, or related field.
Qualifications
✓Two (2) years of experience as an Advanced Life Support clinician.
✓Two (2) years of Microsoft Office experience, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
✓Three (3) years of demonstrated work experience in managing programs for: QA/QI, risk management, privacy, and safety compliance.
✓Three (3) years of experience as an Advanced Life Support (ALS) provider.
✓Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
✓Ability to read, understand, curate, and analyze data.
✓Ability to utilize computing systems that are required for essential job functions.
✓Reliable and self-motivated.
✓Ability to understand and solve complex problems.
