Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) - National Association of Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) preferred
Education
✓High School Graduate
✓Bachelors Degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Business, IT or other related field
Master's Degree MPH, Health Adminstration, MBA, Nursing Informatics or other related field preferred
Qualifications
✓Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
✓Ability to work under pressure and meet inflexible deadlines while maintaining composure
✓Excellent communication, writing, organizational, time-management, and presentation skills
✓Ability to effectively interact with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, administrative staff, clinical personnel, peers, and patients
✓Demonstrate persistence in solving problems
✓Travel between UKHS sites/locations
Experience with electronic health records (i.e., Epic) preferred
Familiarity with statistical programming languages (i.e., SAS, SPSS, R, Stata) and SQL preferred
