Quality Improvement Coordinator RNBring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location: 1301 Pennsylvania Ave. Fort Worth, TX 76104Work hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with flexibility based on department needsDepartment highlights:· Opportunity to work on a brand-new unit in the beautiful Justin Tower· MAGNET facility· Level I Trauma Center· Teamwork oriented approach· Friendly and welcoming environment· Extremely positive workplace with a culture of excellence Here’s What You Need:· Current RN licensure upon hire Required· Associate's Degree Graduate of an accredited Nursing program· Completion of BSN within two years of earliest start date in a Texas Health RN role is required.· Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred OR· Master’s Degree health-related field preferred· Minimum 3 years of experience in acute care setting required· 1 year of experience in healthcare quality/performance improvement preferred· CPHQ – Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality 3 years preferred· Microsoft Office skills, knowledgeable in the application of statistical data.· Prefer Knowledge of Joint Commission and standards, PI tools, Lean Principles and statistical analysis.
