Qualifications
✓Patient care experience
✓Demonstrated ability to understand complex metrics of patient care and the drivers of metric performance
✓Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
✓Strong attention to detail, organization, documentation and follow-through
✓Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
✓Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
✓Strong analytical skills
Experience with TJC/CMS Core Measures preferred
EMR experience preferred

About the role

In this role, the Quality Intelligence Specialist ensures effective use of accurate and timely clinical process and outcomes information through application of clinical and documentation tools within the electronic and paper medical record and billing systems, ensuring clinician engagement and successful reporting to external agencies.
