Bachelor of Science in Radiation Therapy is preferred. Associates Degree required for those graduating from Radiation Therapy program after 12/31/14.
Experience Qualifications One year experience in Radiation Therapy is preferred. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations IEMA-Radiation Therapy (Illinois Emergency Management Association) is required in Illinois. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within 30 days of hire.
ARRT registered in radiation therapy or successful completion of a Radiation Therapy program and eligible to take the certification exam in Radiation Therapy as defined by the American Registration of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT). Colleague must complete and pass a certification and registration exam in accordance with the eligibility requirements of ARRT within one year of hire.
