Description

Provide radiation therapy treatments and function as an essential member of the radiation oncology treatment team in order to provide quality care to our patients. Demonstrate competency to deliver a planned course of radiation therapy accurately and safely. Use appropriate machine settings to deliver treatment while visually monitoring the patient and treatment console during treatment.

Takes appropriate verification images. Check treatment plans and parameters prior to initial treatment. Reports any deviations in treatment plan to appropriate channels.

Performs and maintains Quality Assurance activities.
