York Hospital Diagnostic Radiology - Imaging Dover Full Time (80 hours/pay period) Days This is a float position; standard hours are Mon - Fri 7:30a-4:00p, there may be times coverage will last until 7:30p General Summary Under the direction of a Radiologist, assists with assessing, planning, implementing, and performing mammography. Maintains the operational aspects of the Mammography Department in collaboration with the department supervisors.
Further contributes to other health care providers through the support of WellSpan Health System's Mission, Vision and Values. Duties and Responsibilities Performs general diagnostic X-rays and routine screening mammograms. Will train in Mammography.
Obtains patient history, explains routine procedures, and addresses patient concerns. Maintains department quality assurance programs. Positions patients safely and comfortably and explains basic procedures.
Prepares and maintains written documentation as required by the profession and the department. Schedules cases to coordinate with other patient examinations. Prepares, maintains, and scans appropriate documentation required by the department.

High School Diploma or GED Required Work
