Drive the delivery of top-notch Radiology services at NYP Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. The scope of this role includes the radiology access center, pre-certification team, registrars for all radiology areas. The administrator oversees all of radiology scheduling (including direct scheduling performed boy service line ASRs), physician services / support / coverage, quality assurance, daily patient flow and scheduling templates for CT, MRI, IR, US, Xray and Breast Imaging. This is a full-time position, working Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm Preferred Criteria: Master’s degree in business or health care Required Criteria: Bachelor's degree 5
7 years’ related work experience in finance and health care managing large and complex organizations, including physician clinical practices Relevant experience in health care, particularly at an academic medical center. Significant management experience in a faculty-driven environment Excellent leadership and communication skills Comprehensive understanding of the similarities and differences among related projects, as well as a broad knowledge of the clinical teaching, educational requirements, human resources practices, ambulatory practice billing.
