A Brief Overview The Radiology Aide assists daily with maintaining the appropriate level of department flow.

Performs the input of OP physician orders into Diagnostic Imaging’s ITS module. Prints films and CDs needed by patients to further their medical care. Answers and routes phone calls.

Assists transporting patients to and from the Diagnostic Imaging Department as needed. Performs accurate documentation of patient medical records. Education QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent Experience Qualifications Previous medical experience preferred.

Moderate computer skills necessary. Skills and AbilitiesComputer, reading, writing, organizational, and communication skills General safety skill. Previous direct patient care skills Preferred.

Licenses and CertificationsBasic Life Support Certified - American Heart Association is required within 30 days of hire.
