✓Current CA ARRT and CRT License
✓Must possess current ARRT and CRT License and have any combination of training and experience, which would provide the applicant with the required knowledge and abilities, as documented with current Radiologic Technologist Certificates or Permits issued by the California State Department of Health
Certifications
✓Possession of a valid CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) certification.
Qualifications
✓Knowledge of theories, principles, and techniques of diagnostic imaging and related procedures.
✓Knowledge of principles of physics, electricity and related physical sciences as applied to radiology.
✓Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology as related to radiology.
✓Knowledge of medical terminology.
✓Knowledge of hazards of radiological materials and safety precautions.
✓Knowledge of CIMC procedures and record keeping requirements.
✓Knowledge of operation, maintenance, and adjustment of radiographic and film equipment.
✓Ability to operate a variety of radiographic and film processing equipment.
