You’ll need
Licensure
✓Applicable state license, required.
Certifications
✓Certified and registered by ARRT, NMTCB, or ARDMS – RT(R), CNMT, or RDMS, required.
Education
✓4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.
✓Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program, Nuclear Medicine Program, or Sonography Program; or NMTCB-recognized Nuclear Medicine Program; or CAAHEP-approved Sonography Program, required.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of five years manager or supervisor experience in clinical service lines, required.
✓Thorough knowledge of principles in procedural areas.
✓Considerable knowledge of state and federal regulations and general safety requirements.
✓Skill in data analysis, organization, and presentation.
✓Ability to manage departmental operations and provide support.
✓Ability to work effectively with physicians, administration, and other departmental managers.
Strong leadership skills such as autonomy, creativity, innovation, cooperation, loyalty, independent judgement, ability to delegate, adaptability, perseverance, high energy level, perceptive, and strong work ethic. Thorough knowledge of procedures, technology and patient care. preferred
