Qualifications
✓Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, visitors, physicians and staff of all levels and display empathy towards all patients.
One-year experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred.

Protects and preserves theProtects and preserves the patient’s right to privacy and confidentiality in accordance with Brown University Health’s policies
Meets, greets, answers questionsMeets, greets, answers questions, and provides an understandable explanation of radiologic examinations, EKGs and phlebotomy tests to patients in order to reduce apprehension
Rooms patients, ensures thatRooms patients, ensures that exam room is cleaned between each patient and set-up appropriately according to policy and procedures
Places orders and tracksPlaces orders and tracks exams with accuracy, consistency and promptness
Transfers the images toTransfers the images to the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) for physician review
