Radiology Technologist at Providence Newberg Medical Center in Newberg, OR. Full-Time/Evening Shift - Tuesday - Friday from 3pm-1:30am $6,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment. The Radiology Technologist performs imaging examinations according to physicians orders, utilizing a variety of sophisticated imaging equipment, taking into account individual patients unique and/or age-related needs.
Utilizes clinical knowledge and judgment in regard for proper positioning factors, radiation dose calibration of technique and patient treatment needed to produce optimal high quality images. Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement. Upon hire: Oregon Radiographer License (1) Or Upon hire: Oregon Radiographer Temporary License (1) Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Notes: (1) New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.
