Adjusts approach based on patient and family understanding of test procedures and troubleshoots equipment malfunctions or patient issues. Prioritizes clinical and administrative work independently and identify process improvements. Assists physicians in performing specialized cardiovascular procedures, including diagnostic and interventional catheterization, pacemaker/defibrillator implantation, intra-aortic balloon pump operation, and electrophysiology studies.
Evaluates and documents patient status, responding appropriately to ensure optimal outcomes. Demonstrates clinical expertise, competence, and proficiency in all
