Licensure
✓For those serving as the Individual Solutions Coordinator (ISC), a current Indiana State Navigator's license is required.
Qualifications
✓Requires working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance.
✓Requires a high level of interpersonal and problem solving skills.

✓Requires the ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships.
✓Requires the ability to take initiative and meet objectives.
Previous hospital or Emergency Department financial counseling experience. preferred
Experience with self-pay accounts, Medicaid eligibility, Medicaid-pending accounts, financial assistance, charity care, payment plans, or healthcare collections. preferred
Knowledge of healthcare insurance verification, patient responsibility, account follow-up, and revenue-cycle processes. preferred
Experience working directly with uninsured and underinsured patient populations. preferred
Experience using electronic health record, patient accounting, eligibility, or financial-assistance systems. preferred
Bilingual communication skills are a plus. preferred
At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle strongly preferred.
