and Responsibilities As our Receptionist, you will help visitors, callers, residents, and employees receive assistance and information, so they can seamlessly connect with the appropriate personnel and services at Dominican Oaks, contributing to a welcoming and supportive environment. Every day you will respond to requests and coordinate with appropriate personnel to address a variety of needs. You will be expected to manage communication, perform clerical tasks, handle financial transactions, and maintain vital organizational records to ensure smooth daily operations.

To be successful in this role you will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and demonstrate the ability to follow instructions, manage tasks, and coordinate projects while upholding the mission and values of Dominican Oaks.
